Resotravo is a franchise-based company that needed a centralized quotation tool for its franchisees. The goal was to standardize pricing, reflect the complexity of their services, and ensure every franchisee could generate accurate quotes quickly and independently.

Digital Project Manager, coordinating estimation, scope definition, delivery, and communication between the client and a Vietnamese development team.
