Initial Situation
My client was a sustainable fashion brand that produces and sells high-quality silk clothes in Vietnam. With five stores across the country and international shipping capabilities, they’ve grown into a successful medium-sized business. However, they faced a significant challenge: their point-of-sale (POS) system wasn’t properly integrated with their inventory management and Shopify e-commerce platform.
This disconnection created several problems. When customers received online discounts through Shopify, they couldn’t redeem them in physical stores. Store staff had to ask customers to make purchases through the website even when shopping in-store, affecting sales commissions and creating a frustrating experience for both customers and staff. Additionally, inventory tracking was inaccurate across different sales channels.

We implemented a comprehensive solution using Odoo software that:
