Initial Situation
My client is an Instagram content creator who specializes in teaching videography and lighting techniques. He had a Notion Resource Hub that served as a lead magnet for his audience, containing valuable information like YouTube channel recommendations, equipment suggestions, and technical tips. However, the hub was poorly organized, difficult to navigate, and visually unappealing, which diminished its effectiveness as a learning resource.
Solution Provided
I implemented two major solutions:
– Complete redesign of the Resource Hub with consistent color schemes, improved organization, and intuitive navigation
– Development of a specialized Notion template for videographers to manage their entire production workflow, from ideation to publishing
Results and Benefits
The improvements yielded several positive outcomes:
– Enhanced user experience with easier access to resources
– Positive feedback from community members, with users actively requesting access to the hub
