Initial Situation
All communications and client cases scattered everywhere between a messy and outdated shared Google Spreadsheet, social media groups and conversations, personal files. Impossible to know where is each paper exactly and what is left to do for each client… without searching for conversation histories or opening different tabs to find a document.

Notion. For knowledge, progress tracking and task management.
Results and Benefits
A clean, all-in-one place to track each service checklists, client cases. Both clients were able to provide responses to their clients instantly, and stopped wasting time with finding information. In parellele, they both managed to focus more, grow their business and work less in the operations.
