Digital Project Management:

• Sales & Business Analysis: Demo of native features, comparison of the current client’s workflows with the software capabilities, definition of the client’s needs, the scope, timeline, deliverables of the project.
• Implementation: Customer relationship, Management of developments, deliveries, tests and documentation and demo.

Production of IT solutions:

• For Notion: connect databases together and design workspaces, create wikis, templates, training materials and basic automation, formulas, reporting tools.
• For Odoo: customer support, testing new features and writing documentation (OCA standards), performing demo and sales. Experience from version 12.0 to 17.0, Enterprise or Community editions, intermediate knowledge of OCA modules.
• For Divi: creation of the entire website from A to Z; server and file management, theme builder, customizations, design of pages, writing blog articles, image optimisation, contact form, etc. (no experience in Woo-commerce).
