How much does it cost to hire you?

I work project based, which means:

  • It can start with small and simple. And gradually add more complexity into my responsibilities.
  • It can start as low as a 50$ gig and go up to a 20,000 USD project.

For example, with a current client, I started simply updating their WordPress website because they had no idea/time how to do it. And 12 months later, I am responsible of their entire website management and growth.

So expect to pay me for a specific result, such as:

  • Auditing your business
  • Getting your business visible online
  • Convertion of online visitors into customers
  • A certain amount of hours saved per day or per employee
  • Time flexibility regained
  • Clarity of understanding
  • And other skills or fixes I can help you get.

DaBlend Hostel needed a proper team and more customers, consistently:

Problem: The hostel owner (me!) was too busy and the hostel clearly lacked customers.

Solution: A standardized way to operate, recruitment of a team, implementation of a direct-booking system and online marketing strategy.

Results: The owner wasn’t involved into operations anymore, the hostel became number 1 in ho chi minh city (averaging top1 to top10 over the years across different platforms) and the hostel was generating more profits.

izyviet

IzyViet was growing but operations needed more structure.

Problem: The business was transitioning from being a “one-man-show” to a team-work, but struggle at it because it was growing at the same time.

Solution: Recruitment and training, documentation of procedures and implementation of a project and task management system.

Results: Everybody could be trained in a week (if not less) and could know in real time where was the information, who is doing what, for when.. And the owner could better monitor his company while starting on new projects.

the extra mile adventure

Results: Simplified maintenance, website seen as an investment not a cost, multiligual website, increase of visibility and traffic.

Where can I see past customer feedback?

I usually ask my former clients to send me a “Linkedin Recommendation”. So you can check this section of my Linkedin Profile. Don’t hesitate to connect with me there as well.

What is your payment and invoicing policy?

For payments and invoicing:

  • Pay cash, bank transfer, by credit or debit card (via Stripe)
  • Installment possible (to be discussed)
  • For vietnamese companies: I am not able to issue a red-invoice, but with my “married to a local” status, options such as labor or service contracts are possible.

Are you working remotely?

Yes. But, as of today, most clients like to have me onsite or meet physically at least once in a while. Otherwise, I am 100% willing to work via video calls and provide the necessary legal and operational environement so that our commercial relationship can happen smoothly remotely.
