No, because I usually do no-code or low-code solutions; Notion, WordPress or Odoo implementations.

So it depends on your project. I am happy to hire for you and work with other parties if that is expected or needed.
In any case, as your project manager, you will not have to worry about technical details as I will handle the talk with the developers and creatives. Although, if you care about who will develop your app or your website, I can always share who works with me.
How much does it cost to hire you?
There are different ways you can hire me. 200$/day is the usual starting price. Negotiable.
