I started this blog to self-care.

On a personal level, I can guarantee that living your twenties in Vietnam has been a hell of a ride. It was fun, intense… maybe too intense.

Since 2020, I seriously started to self-care.

And I started to document my transformation in this blog. That is why you will find so many articles about selfcare. It can be practices like meditation, morning routines. I talked about the importance of sleep and more…

Self-care for entrepreneurs should be priority number one. If your mental and physical health is at its best, all the things you will do for your life and your business will ultimately be "the best".

I strongly believe in this and have experienced it first hand.

The reason why I am not (yet) offering self-care coaching or consulting for entrepreneurs is simply because I am still experimenting. But I keep sharing here so if you want to have more insights; subscribe to my emailing list because I WILL post more about self-care for sure.

Best example of self-care I have so far:

My move to Da Nang city from Saigon.

I left the best city in Vietnam for business opportunities but that is extremely polluted, crowded and clearly not good for your self-care... for a more laid-back beach coastal city more suitable for a healthy family.

I started this blog as an "FAQ for Entrepreneurs".

The picture below represents the first (as far as I remember) featured image of my blog. I was writting articles as "questions and answers"; based on what I thought I could have a valuable answer.

Ultimately, the goal was to help other entrepreneurs to make better decisions for their business and grow.

5 years later, I can only say that this was an excellent choice: keep sharing on the way what you know, what you think can help someone else. This approach has helped me to land a few business opportunities, improve my confidence online and save time whenever I would meet an entrepreneur needing help; I'd just share with them my articles.
