My company. I am the project manager French founders bring in when their tech project with a Vietnamese team needs to stay on track, or get back on it. It started as a YouTube channel and Notion consulting; today it is about delivery.
A French international school in Ho Chi Minh City with more than twenty years behind it. Since 2024 I have rebuilt its website in French, English and Vietnamese, and I look after it every month so that parents find the school and book a visit.
This site. I started it in 2020 to write about life and business in Vietnam. In 2026 I rebuilt it as my public notebook: the one place where my projects, lessons and offers live, instead of social media.
The French-speaking community I have been running since 2016: a Facebook group where French people living in Vietnam help each other, a blog, and a free guide for anyone settling in.

European musical instrument e-commerce
A French marketplace for second-hand musical instruments was locked into an expensive external platform. I led the move to an open-source PrestaShop they own, and the rebuild of their daily operations on it: about 10,000 products, ready for ten times more.

Smart World Real Estate
A real estate marketplace whose founder had lost control of the app being built. For eight months I was the bridge between the founder and the development team, turning chaos into clear priorities and visible progress, until the project stopped.
Lesson As the owner, your only goal should be to explain WHY and WHAT. Let the team figure out the HOW. In that order.
Custom Quotation Tool
A French renovation franchise needed one tool for all its franchisees to price jobs the same way. In two months I put together a Vietnamese team of five to six people, validated the design with the client and delivered a custom quotation web app.

Multilingual website (2SnailSTC)
A snail farm near Ho Chi Minh City sells snail secretion powder to cosmetics labs. In two months I rebuilt their website, translated it into French and Vietnamese, and turned it into a sales tool the founders update themselves.

The Extra Mile
A motorbike rental and tour company in Ho Chi Minh City, with thirty bikes and a website nobody could update. I rebuilt it with easy-to-edit templates, then ran their content and social media for a year: more than 28 qualified leads a month.

Notion Photography Workspace
A videographer teaching lighting on Instagram had a messy resource hub. I redesigned it into a clean Notion library his followers ask for, and built him a template to run his video production from idea to publishing.

Wildcats
A young entrepreneurs community in Đà Nẵng whose events ate all of the organisers' time. I built a Notion workspace that automates the repetitive steps of each event, so the team runs them and the community lead can focus on growing the membership.

School Management SaaS
An all-in-one system for international schools, built on Odoo at Komit: from the first parent visit to registration, invoicing and payment tracking. I improved it as product owner, with the schools using it every day.

Payroll Vietnam App
An HR and payroll app for Vietnamese companies, built on Odoo at Komit. Payroll that took HR managers days in Excel now runs in seconds, with contracts, documents and leave in the same place.

Metiseko
A Vietnamese silk fashion brand with five stores and an online shop, whose stock never matched between the two. We connected the tills, Shopify and the loyalty programme in one Odoo system: one stock, one set of discounts, everywhere.
Lesson When the shop and the website disagree on the stock, customers notice before you do.
Trading ERP
A Hong Kong trading company shipping car parts from China to the US and the UK. I set up an Odoo system to follow every container, invoice and delivery, so they could keep each client informed in real time and take on more volume.
Lesson With only a few clients, each one counts double: tell them where their goods are before they ask.

My podcast about Saigon's creative community. With a small team and a Notion system for guests and production, we released 34 episodes in less than a year, almost one a week.

An expat services company in Ho Chi Minh City handling visas, paperwork and translations. I took over its operations and moved every client case out of a shared spreadsheet and chat threads into one Notion workspace, so any client question got an answer at once.

The hostel I opened and ran in Saigon for four years. It ranked number one in Ho Chi Minh City on guest reviews, with 95% of its daily operations automated. I closed it in March 2020.
