Real possibilities with AI in 2026 for my humans friends, clients and team mates.

AI for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you don’t know me yet, I am someone in the field (I am an IT Project Manager and Productivity Consultant).

• I have a meeting with a client. They ask for AI solutions.
• I co-work with my friends. They show me the latest AI workflow they implemented.
• I check the progress with my team. 90% of what I read is made with AI.
• I call my father, he worries about the future with AI.
• My social media feeds are full of AI generated content.
• All the tools I use ; Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, Github, Meta, etc. they all have in-app AI solutions or can be integrated with AI.
• We’re working with AI agents, AI workflows,
• I eat AI for breakfast, lunch and dinner 😄

AI everywhere.

AI is not replacing you.

It is replacing what you hate or can’t do.

Fill-in the blank;

As a human, I hate ________________ so I am building/using ____________ to do it for me.

• As a human, I hate after sales support so I am building an AI chatbot to do it for me.
• As a human, I hate taking meeting notes so I am using an AI meeting notetaker to do it for me.
• As a human, I hate replying emails so I use an AI assistant to do it for me.

As a human, I can’t ________________ so I ask AI to ___________ it for me.

• As a human, I can’t write good articles so I ask AI to draft and post it for me.
• As a human, I can’t read all this document so I ask AI to summarize it for me.

It is replacing the human next to you.

People panic today because their job come from doing what other humans didn’t want to do. Their business (their money) is about: fixing someone else’ problems.

You don’t want to build and maintain your own website; you hire a web developper.

You don’t want to animate your marketing campaigns; you hire a marketing guy.

But with AI, and what’s coming. You do not need a web developper or marketing agency to solve these problems for you. You can do it with AI.

It is also about what you can’t do by yourself. You can’t run your entire company alone; you used to hire people, today you use AI agents.

So what the web developper and marketing expert do ?

They use AI…

Is it a problem?

I think it is a big change for us, humans because we’re used to live accepting our current problems as costly and hard to fix. And today with AI, we built a tool that is solving them easily.

So it is a problem for those who don’t adapt. AI is here to stay.

It is both scary and wonderful. And despite the risks and the narrative, if you think about it today…

It’s a beautiful world.

I think today we all have a choice. We all have access to all the possibilities and all the power we want to have.

• You want to build a game? AI can build it for you.
• You want to learn Vietnamese? AI can teach you.
• You want to be a chef? AI can show you.

My personal advice today ; that I personally apply and that I recommend: focus on clarifying what you want, AI will help you.
