Step 1: Complete Audit
We will sit down together, with you and-or your team in order to extract the knowldege of the entire company. We will learn how you operate, who is responsible of what, where the money goes, how the customer journey evolves, etc.
In the end of this first step called “Clarity”, you will have a clearer idea of your operations and what type of improvements you can make.
Step 2 – Notion Impletation & Training
After that, on a second step, I will work with my team to create the proper Notion workspace for your company and train your team to use it properly. It’s a training process. Step-by-step, everyone can adopt this new extra-ordinary tool. Once or twice a week, I will assist you and your team with problems, necessary updates and improvements made. Then, in the end, your productivity can truly be optimized.
